In a past J-O, part of the job was that The Ordinary Girl would get some South African gems before they were released. One of them was EJ von Lyrik's Method In The Madness album. The solo debut of TOG's favourite Godessa member was pretty darn cool. But there was one song in particular that tugged at my heartstrings. Flight Over Many Cities. Infusing patois with raw raps and a significant message in the rhymes, EJ made a dope joint - that I unfortunately can't find anywhere to share with you guys. So enjoy Cape Town all girl crew, Godessa's Social Ills and Minds Ablaze in the meantime:
